As PVEDI’s Regional Director of the Buildings + Structures division in New York City, Ryan manages a wide range of projects and consulting services for the planning, design, investigation, and project management at residential, municipal, and commercial facilities. Ryan oversees his team, who possess diverse experience in structural, geotechnical, mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineering, energy analysis and collaboration with outside consultants utilizing the most current technology to provide clients with innovative solutions that consistently meet project goals.

With 10+ years of experience in building envelope and structural design, Ryan is a New York City DOB-certified Qualified Wall Inspector (QEWI), a Qualified Retaining Wall Inspector (QRWI), and a Qualified Parking Structure Inspector (QPSI). He earned his Master’s and Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degrees with a structural focus and a minor in Architectural Studies at Penn State.
